Prakher has functional exposure of Business Development, Manufacturing & Operations. With top notch qualification being an IIT-ISB graduate, he has gathered a rich experience in the family business, which indulge in the construction contracts from Indian Railways, Delhi Metro and other Metro Construction Agencies. He is efficiently managing the Steel Fabrication plant in Meerut, and he was instrumental in getting the company approved as a Major supplier of Locomotive chassis to Diesel Locomotive Works, Varanasi. Having the experience of dealing with MSMEs and small industries in form of supplier or job-work provider for his current business in this region and their inability to raise funds for executing the projects on time, he wishes to resolve the challenges these MSMEs faces while borrowing from Banks/NBFCs.
